Direct debit: LSV and DD
You send your LSV form, duly completed and signed, to your bank. In this case, when your balance reaches 15.- CHF, our system deducts 30.- CHF from your bank account, and your laundry account is automatically topped up by this amount.
QR-Invoice in paper
When you registered, you received a number of QR-Bills to recharge your account. Simply make a payment of the amount of your choice using your QR-Bills, and your washing account will be automatically topped up within two to five days. Please note that payment by QR-Bills at the Post Office counter is subject to a fee. Since January 2018, 2.- CHF are deducted from the total amount for each of these payments, to cover La Poste's costs.
