Important notes

  • Registration fee: New users pay a registration fee of CHF 30.00, with the option of ordering an additional IDM for CHF 5.00.

  • Payment methods: Recharge your account via Twint, E-Banking, LSV/DD, or QR-bill. Payments at the post office counter incur a charge of CHF 2.00.

  • User responsibilities: You are responsible for all activity on your account and must report any fraudulent use.

  • Acceptance of conditions: By using our services, you accept our general conditions of use, which are subject to change.

  • A fee of CHF 3.00 will be charged for all paper shipments.
